ミシュラン星獲得の和食店が作ったアイスクリーム。烏骨鶏の卵や丹波の小豆など、新鮮な国産食材のみ使用。BENCH SPECIALの中でも「小豆」は、粒が感じられほどふんだんに小豆を使い、甘さだけでなく豆の存在を感じる仕上がり。季節限定のスペシャルフレーバーは旬の味わい。

BENCH SPECIAL ice cream is made by a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant. Only the freshest domestic ingredients are used, such as eggs from roosters and azuki beans from Tanba.
Among them, “Azuki” uses azuki so abundantly that you can feel the grains and the beans' presence as well as sweetness. Seasonal special flavors offer a taste of the season.
